I had this dress custom made because I'm only 5'2", and it arrived in the perfect size based on the measurements I provided. It was almost a perfect fit! I did have the sleeves taken in at the wrists and the neck/shoulder area adjusted because it was a little loose, and I removed the bra pads since they were visible through the fabric. It did arrive about 10 days past the original estimated delivery date, but I contacted them twice during that time to check on the status, and I got a prompt response both times.
