I bought this dress specifically for the civil ceremony. It is honestly so pretty and comfortable. The sleeveless style was great for the warm city weather, and the mermaid shape made me feel super confident. I really appreciate the matte finish of the fabric, it gives it a very chic and sophisticated look for downtown photos. The floral accents are subtle but add a nice feminine touch. I do wish the bust area had a little more built in support, as I had to buy a special sticky bra to make it work, but that was a pretty easy fix. For a budget friendly option, it totally exceeded my expectations and looked fantastic in our pictures.
