Can we take the train out?

Since it's an off-the-shoulder and strapless design, could you please confirm a few things: • Does the dress come with built-in cups or padding? • Is there any internal boning or a corset structure to help support the bust? • Are there silicone anti-slip strips along the neckline included? • Would this style work well for someone with a medium bust size without needing to wear an extra bra? I just want to make sure the dress will offer enough support and stay put comfortably all day long.

In some photos, there's an extra layer over the skirt, but not in others. Is there a detachable part of the skirt?
