I ordered this for a gala and shipping took way longer than I thought it would. The dress itself is pretty, especially the overskirt part, it adds a nice drama. But the zipper feels kind of fragile. I’m scared to zip it up too fast. It’s fine, just handle with care.

It’s a nice looking gown from a distance. I wore it to my niece's engagement party. Up close, you can tell the stitching is a bit rushed in some spots. Nobody noticed, but I knew it was there. It served its purpose for one night, but I probably won't wear it again.

The color is exactly like the picture, which is a relief. However, the flower detail on the shoulder looks a bit flatter in person than I expected. I tried steaming it to fluff it up, but it's stubborn. It’s a decent dress for a formal event, but not the best quality I’ve ever seen.

The overskirt is a cool feature, but it adds a lot of bulk to the hips. If you are curvy like me, just know it might make you look a bit wider. The top part fits great though. It’s a 50/50 for me, I might just remove the extra fabric layer.

Honestly, I have mixed feelings. The skirt length is perfect for heels, but the fabric has absolutely no stretch. If you plan on eating a big dinner or dancing a lot, definitely size up. It looks good standing still, but sitting down is a bit of a challenge in this material.
