The fabric is just amazing, by the way. I wore it to an evening reception and the mermaid skirt didn't stop me from dancing at all. It drapes beautifully over the hips.

This is totally my new go-to cocktail dress. It's fancy enough for a black-tie optional thing, but you could also dress it down slightly with different jewelry for a nice dinner. The asymmetrical look is super trendy right now too!
