Arrived in a fairly standard plastic bag which was a bit of a shame as it got quite creased in transit. Had to spend a good while steaming the satin to get it looking proper. Once the creases were out though, it looked lovely. The beading is nice enough.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour at first, but getting in touch with the support team was a breeze. They sorted out my mistake quickly before dispatch. The replacement arrived in perfect condition and the shade is exactly as pictured on the screen. Top tier service.
