The sizing was pretty accurate for me. I usually wear a medium and the medium in this fit my shoulders and arms just right without feeling tight. It provides a very classy look and gives me the confidence to wear sleeveless dresses again. It came out of the package a little wrinkled, which is to be expected with this kind of fabric, but it smoothed out easily with a steamer. It is a very practical and elegant addition to my formal wardrobe.
