I danced all night in this thing and didn't feel restricted. One heads-up: the buttons on the sleeves are delicate, so just be gentle when you’re putting it on. It arrived earlier than expected too, which saved me a lot of stress. If you want that classic romantic look without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice.

It’s definitely a mermaid fit, so it hugs your curves tight, but I still felt comfortable sitting down for our dinner afterward. The sizing chart was pretty accurate, though I’d say if you are between sizes, definitely size up just to be safe because the hips are fitted.

The lace detailing is surprisingly soft, not scratchy like I feared. I did have to get the hem shortened a bit because I’m short, but that’s standard for me. The corset back really snatched my waist in, which saved me from needing intense shapewear. For the price, it looks way more expensive than it actually is.
