Is the bottom of the dress tule or lace, one photos has lace and the other photo has tule. Clearly theyre edited photos

It's for a wedding. The picture is really blurry and I can't tell if the hem of the dress is lace or tulle. Could you please email me a clear photo of it? Also, please send close-up photos of the flowers and the front and back of the bodice.
